Kate Yeutter, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CCTP II, Practice Owner

The owner of Paws2Heal, Kate completed her Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands in 2024 and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018. Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP II), Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultant. Kate currently has a full client caseload but supervises all Residents and Interns.  


Kate's Hours:


Mondays - Thursdays: 11:00 - 5:00

EMDR Consultations on Fridays 11:00-3:00

Meghan Kolcum, Licensed Professional Counselor

Meghan earned her Bachelor’s in English from Virginia Tech and graduated from Duquesne University with her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Meghan completed her internship at the Cognitive Behavior Institute in Pennsylvania, where she collected 600 hours’ worth of direct and indirect clinical hours. The populations she aims to assist are clients diagnosed with anxiety disorders—more specifically, those impacted by trauma. Meghan is working through the Trauma Research Foundation to obtain a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies to expand her knowledge and seek out solutions for populations of interest. In her free time, Meghan enjoys reading and playing tennis. Meghan is EMDR Trained.

Monday: 9:00 - 6:00

Tuesday: 10:00 - 6:00

Wednesday: 9:00 - 5:00

Thursday: 9:00 - 5:00

Friday: 11:00 - 5:00

Judith Hawley, Resident in Counseling

Judith graduated from The George Washington University with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Master’s Counseling Certificate. Judith describes herself as open-minded, empathetic, and nurturing. Her approach to counseling comes from a wellness perspective and her treatment approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Judith has over six years’ experience as a school counselor and welcomes the opportunity to focus on working with adults.  Judith enjoys being outdoors in nature, either horse-riding, hiking or spending time with her dog, Lilly. She visits her home country of Wales whenever she gets the opportunity.

Judith is EMDR Trained.

Kate Lankford, Resident in Counseling

Kate has her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Sciences from the University of Virginia and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She also has her RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200-hour certification and is interested in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices in the clinical setting. In her spare time, she enjoys working on the family farm with her son and husband, where they keep a variety of livestock, including honey bees.

Kate is EMDR Trained.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Nastaran graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Nastaran is committed to cultivating the skills and knowledge necessary to provide compassionate and effective mental health support. Through collaboration, Nastaran aims to use a diverse range of theoretical approaches and evidence-based interventions to assist her clients in reaching their therapeutic goals and mental well-being.  She loves hiking and spending time with her husband, three kids, and Bernedoodle in her free time. 

Nastaran is EMDR Trained.

Liz Cirrito, Resident in Counseling, NCC

Liz graduated from the University of Arizona with a dual Master’s in Mental Health and Rehabilitation. She is currently a resident in counseling and certified with her NCC license.

She has experience in both private practice and inpatient substance use facilities. Liz has worked closely with individuals navigating trauma, grief, addiction, and mental health challenges. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens with the whole person. Liz integrates trauma-informed care with holistic practices to help clients reconnect meaningfully with life and themselves.
